Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Have been very happy with the service from Prospect since I moved away from the area and started renting out my flat in Bracknell way back in 2011. It's reassuring to know my "portfolio" is in good hands since I live on the south coast now and can't manage the property myself. Have had a few excellent account managers over the years (looking at you Samantha, Chloe, and Chira) and the latest (Beckie) has set the bar even higher. Faultless customer service, great communication, and efficient - what more can I ask for (other than no monthly fees)? Keep up the good work, looking forward to another 10 years peace of mind!

I rented a property via the Bracknell office and found the communication very good throughout my tenancy. My property managers were Beckie, Carla and then Kodie. Although I felt at the start of the tenancy I was talking to a lot of different employees, rather than one person, it then settled down to be just Beckie once I moved in. She was brilliant, very quick to respond to any issues I reported and liaised with the landlady promptly to resolve any costs associated with either side. I very briefly was allocated Carla who dealt with my notification to end my tenancy very efficiently and sent me all the necessary information to enable me to prepare the property for my departure. Kodie has been my property manager for the last few months and she has been very efficient and professional in our correspondence. I also spoke with Lloyd, Meghan and Charlie in regard to re-advertising the property and as a bridge in correspondence with the new tenants. They were all very personable and professional with quick reply times. Overall I found it a very professional, well communicated and efficient process from start to finish. Had several viewings and almost took a tenancy with the help of Kurt Owen at Prospect. Kurt is extremely likable, honest, and professional and I found it a real pleasure to work with him. I first came across Prospect Estate Agents when deciding to sell our property in Reading. They seemed knowledgeable and professional, and had a good presence in the local area. Marketing was quick and efficient with superb communications. I was always notified when viewings were arranged. The property was tenanted, and Prospect co-ordinated viewings directly with them, and kept me in the loop. Once we accepted an offer, Aimee (Transaction Support Co-ordinator) got involved. She took a very pro-active role in overseeing the whole process - from liaising with the buyer, chasing up queries and nudging the solicitors to keep things moving. Having Amiee as the Transaction Support Co-ordinator was a massive help! She was always chasing someone (in an efficient and helpful way!). Without her persistence, items get overlooked, forgotten, or just left on the pile of "things-to-do". Ultimately, thanks to Aimee, everything went smoothly and the sale is now complete. Overall, I would highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents for both buyers and sellers. Having used many estate agents before, nothing comes close to Prospect. It's a huge benefit to deal with such an efficient and professional company.

Called up as cash buyer to view a house in Morland Rd Aldershot and was told it was not possible due to my current property not being sold (despite having cash in the bank to buy the Aldershot house). Tried to explain but not interested. Asked the old lady who answered the phone to delete all my details as not dealing with a company incapable of qualifying an incoming call.
