I rented a property via the Bracknell office and found the communication very good throughout my tenancy. My property managers were Beckie, Carla and then Kodie. Although I felt at the start of the tenancy I was talking to a lot of different employees, rather than one person, it then settled down to be just Beckie once I moved in. She was brilliant, very quick to respond to any issues I reported and liaised with the landlady promptly to resolve any costs associated with either side. I very briefly was allocated Carla who dealt with my notification to end my tenancy very efficiently and sent me all the necessary information to enable me to prepare the property for my departure. Kodie has been my property manager for the last few months and she has been very efficient and professional in our correspondence. I also spoke with Lloyd, Meghan and Charlie in regard to re-advertising the property and as a bridge in correspondence with the new tenants. They were all very personable and professional with quick reply times. Overall I found it a very professional, well communicated and efficient process from start to finish. Thank you to the whole Bracknell team - much appreciated!
