Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Has always used their services during our moves within UK. Currently the existing property is being managed by them so absolutely hassle free stay. Our manager is Beckie Baxter and she is absolutely fantastic. Always responsive and helpful, good turnaround time with the issues you may have, liased well with us and the landlord. I rent my flat as a landlord and I have always been very impressed with the service I receive. What I always appreciate is the prompt reply of e/mails and also if there are issues to attend to, contractors are always contacted quickly and things sorted out. This is beneficial to the tenants too. Over the years many things have changed for the better and I like the way Prospect change with the times and think of things that benefit both the landlord and the tenant.
