Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

It has been a pleasure dealing with the team at Prospects in Maidenhead. I cannot fault the professionalism and fantastic communication at all times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house in the future. They made everything so less daunting and smooth.

I moved to Prospect from another Agency last year after a complete refurbishment of my flat ready to let and I am so glad I made the move! I am particularly impressed with Agnese and the way she is managing my property, very efficient, always cheerful and very helpful. The overall experience with Prospect was excellent. I rented and later sold my house with Prospect. They are very professional. I used their fully managed services and they managed my property really very well. I would like to mention specifically here Mr Daniel Abreu who was really helpful during the entire selling process for my house. In terms of property management I would rate Prospect 5stars, Agnese manages my property and has been wonderful. She has been so attentive to our questions and dealt with maintenance immediately; always following up to check everything has gone to plan. Agnese also eased all of my concerns around moving into the property when communication had been minimal from the landlord. I have removed 1star based on the service to rent my current property as I found the letting agents to be slow to respond and not forthcoming with information; quite often leaving us unsure of next steps.
