Always excellent service
I rent my flat as a landlord and I have always been very impressed with the service I receive. What I always appreciate is the prompt reply of e/mails and also if there are issues to attend to, contractors are always contacted quickly and things sorted out. This is beneficial to the tenants too. Over the years many things have changed for the better and I like the way Prospect change with the times and think of things that benefit both the landlord and the tenant. Would I recommend Prospect Estate Agents to friends and family? Absolutely.
