Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Awfully disappointed with my service from Prospect Reading - communication was poor, after 6 months didn’t result in a successful sale - unprofessional use of wording / language about people in the chain. Strongly wouldn’t recommend this firm.

It was a pleasure to deal with Melissa Fisher, the Senior Property Manager who looked after us really well when we rented a property. She is very response and a true professional. Any issues we had she was always willing to listen and find a solution which was a real credit. If you rang and missed her she would always return your call which was quite reassuring. I am about to end my tenancy term after almost one year renting an apartment in Bracknell Forest. The premises is nice and the environment is wonderful. When I try to tell the property manager that I would leave the premises earlier and would like to end the tenancy. I am told that I would break the contract if I move out earlier, as per the break term of agreement with the landlord. After my thorough checking of the contract, there is no that term. And the property agent can never spot the term to me. I am just kept informed to bare the liability of the property until the end of tenancy. I am not asking to have money back though I have paid the whole year rental in upfront. More ridiculously, a professional cleaning term is added in the break term, which is totally new term on top of the original contract. Now I get an invoice of GPB850 approx. if I need to move out earlier. It sounds totally unreasonable and not acceptable.
