Dishonest and Poor Property Manager - Bracknell
I am about to end my tenancy term after almost one year renting an apartment in Bracknell Forest. The premises is nice and the environment is wonderful. When I try to tell the property manager that I would leave the premises earlier and would like to end the tenancy. I am told that I would break the contract if I move out earlier, as per the break term of agreement with the landlord. After my thorough checking of the contract, there is no that term. And the property agent can never spot the term to me. I am just kept informed to bare the liability of the property until the end of tenancy. I am not asking to have money back though I have paid the whole year rental in upfront. More ridiculously, a professional cleaning term is added in the break term, which is totally new term on top of the original contract. Now I get an invoice of GPB850 approx. if I need to move out earlier. It sounds totally unreasonable and not acceptable.
