Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

From the first call I had with Beth to arrange a viewing of a property to the exchange of contracts on that property I have been very impressed with her commitment and speed of response. Beth was very open and honest during the viewing and she clearly had a good relationship with the vendors. Since our offer was accepted Beth has been in touch with my solicitor and my estate agent regularly in order to keep things moving along. Good Lettings Agents We dealt with Sasha Byrne during our time in a rented house through prospect and she was fantastic, always willing to help and genuinely friendly - I've had quite a few rentals recently and Sasha has provided the best service of any estate agent. The only star removed is due to the Landlord of the property, who was incredibly difficult to deal with and I would advise prospect as a whole to vet their landlords closely as there are definitely some bad ones on their books!

We found a property in Warfield with Beth Murphy @ Prospect. From the moment we met her at the viewing, she went over and above to make it happen. It was a long chain and for weeks she was chasing everyone's solicitors through out the chain. She worked like a mission to complete the chain and kept me informed on a 'daily' basis. She put me in touch with an exceptional mortgage advisor and with very competitive and efficient solicitors and ensured there is no delay at their end. Unfortunately, we lost our own buyer so the chain broke however even since that she has stayed in touch and kept me apprised of the status on the property we were going to buy. Would highly recommend!
