Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!
Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Recommend any tenant be careful with Prospect. I don' think Prospect respect Tenant. When we confirmed to end the tenancy agreement.
1. Prospect requests for views even on deep cleaning date. We did tell Prospect some dates were not available. They asked for many views which is interfering with tenant 's life.
2. The check in and check out agency has a certain relationship with Prospect. Wear and tear issues in the check out report are written as Tenant 's responsibility. Prospect may want to deduct the deposit. Luckily, we clarified the issue under Tenant 's liability
Tenants sometimes say Prospect has a quick response to react with any repair. However, I have some issues which are open until the end of tenancy agreement. Also, the contractors have a partnership with Prospect. Prospect is proactive to award the business to their partners under Landlord 's cost.
Overall, please be careful with Prospect. Prospect thinks Landlords or sellers are most important since they give them service fee. However, they forget buyers or tenants are the real customer who pay to sellers and landlords.
We rented through prospect and our letting agent Beckie was so friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with the boiler during the cold weather and she went over and above to liaise with the landlord and the engineers to help us get it sorted quickly.
