Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

We were looking for a short-term rental, and found a place on Right Move. Prospect was very responsive, and Charlotte especially helpful and proactive in liaising between us and the owners - she was quick to respond and made the rental contract process easy.

Unfortunately, if your landlord chooses this letting agency, you're left with little choice but to deal with them. However, be prepared for a frustrating experience. I was due to move out of my flat and had provided the agency with a spare key for viewings while I was at work. On the day of a viewing, they called me asking to be let in. I confirmed that I had already given them the key, only for them to inform me that it had been lost. Subsequently, my landlord decided to de-instruct the agency due to their own issues with them. After that, I received an email from the agency confirming the rent owed. I clarified that I had already paid the rent directly to the landlord via the new agents. Angela Jennings, the Rent Collection and Let-Only Portfolio Manager, then responded in a very unprofessional manner, telling me that I was making things complicated and practically shouting at me through the email. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of this agency. I would not recommend them.
