Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Prospect have been letting our house for us for a few years, and we're really pleased with the service. They find tenants very quickly and the admin around moving in/out is dealt with smoothly. We had our letting agent changed a few times which was a little frustrating, but since we've had Claudia managing the property we've been delighted. Thanks Prospect. Would recommend to others

Prospect have been letting out our property for many years and have always been very professional and done a great job. We have never had gaps between our tenants. They work very hard to get the right tenants and always keep us informed. On the day to day management side, Claudia has been great. A polite, caring and smooth link between tenant and landlord. If things need doing she is quickly onto it, getting quotes and organising the work. We cannot fault Prospect and the people who have looked after us.
