I was kept up to date prior to removal date with contact details of the company who would be arriving on the day. The guys turned up promptly and loaded my items on to the van efficiently and with care. Drop off went just as smoothly. Really pleased with the service and great value for money.

Inexpensive, but unreliable service. Had to follow up multiple times with the assigned courier to confirm timings. These shifted repeatedly, with delivery being later than promised. Despite providing dimensions, courier was unprepared for the size of the item.

My delivery was organised in a day, and the delivery company kept me up to date with collection and delivery. Everything was fast and efficient. I am so happy I found Porta because no way I was going to drove 300 miles to pick up my ebay item 😅

Very efficient kept me updated

We booked a collection & delivery of a 1200l oil tank online through the Porta website - coming from Scotland to Northumberland. We were able to specify the weight & size on the portal. The price we were quoted was fantastic & once booked we were able to keep track of where everything was up to. On the day, The driver, Omar, was extremely helpful & friendly. So in summary - online booking & tracking, a really great price, top notch service & they did what they said they would - you just can't get better than this!!! We will be using Porta for everything going forward & have recommended them to all our friends & family. Just brilliant!!!

They Saved my life!!!. I had an absolute nightmare with another very well known company. After nine days and the poor recipient of the mattress sleeping on the floor, Porta saved the day. I booked the job with the greatest of ease, Ed was brilliant with communication because I was extremely stressed. I changed the pickup address three times being messed about so badly with the prior shambles, and Porta just took it in their stride. To top it off they are much cheaper and I wished I’d found them first. My courier Akashdeep was fabulous, courteous, cheerful and extremely helpful. Honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will use this company every time no question. They have the “old school” personal touch which is extremely rare these days. Thank you team you were amazing and Adam loves the mattress after all the drama thank goodness. Excellent. They collected on time, drove quite a distance and arrived bang on the time suggested for delivery. Booking was easy as time slots are established from the outset but the driver also kept us informed on the day. This service is impressively efficient.
