Perfect service, clear communication and timely delivery

Fairly quick response from porta delivery, and selected courier. Chose the longer time period for less expensive cost. No rush required on collection and delivery. Once courier made contact, collected on a Sunday in Chelmsford and was delivered on Tuesday in Alexandria, Scotland. Contact and info passed by courier with an ETA. Very good.

The process was a really easy one and for the price in comparison to larger companies it’s a no brainer. Communication with the driver could be better and slightly more help getting it to the door, but nonetheless hassle free and affordable!

The website was easy to use when booking a collection of a ebay purchase. I was kept informed through the whole process even though it was short notice. The collection was made in the allotted time and the delivery was on time. The van driver and helper were professional, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Used Porta to collect some wardrobes I found on Facebook marketplace - was impressed with the price and the communication throughout!

Brilliant service for an eBay collection of two sofas. I chose the two week flexible option and they were able to collect and deliver the next day. The driver was very helpful and communicated with both me and the seller about timings for collection/delivery so we didn’t have to waste the day hanging about and was also happy to provide the eBay collection code. Great value and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

This Company was brilliant, having never used a courier before i was a little apprehensive. They answered any queries or questions promptly & put me in touch with my actual delivery driver who had taken my specific job of delivering to me a large dog treadmill I had purchased. The delivery driver again kept me informed every step of the way & I could follow his progress on whatsapp live location. He was polite & courteous & carried it to exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely use this company again in the future & would highly recommend them. Great Service !! 👍
