They Saved my life!!!. I had an absolute nightmare with another very well known company. After nine days and the poor recipient of the mattress sleeping on the floor, Porta saved the day. I booked the job with the greatest of ease, Ed was brilliant with communication because I was extremely stressed. I changed the pickup address three times being messed about so badly with the prior shambles, and Porta just took it in their stride. To top it off they are much cheaper and I wished I’d found them first. My courier Akashdeep was fabulous, courteous, cheerful and extremely helpful. Honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will use this company every time no question. They have the “old school” personal touch which is extremely rare these days. Thank you team you were amazing and Adam loves the mattress after all the drama thank goodness.
