Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

I haven't received anything
I haven't received anything. I went online to order something, was informed there was limited stock in our local store. But nothing was set aside once I had paid for it. My husband went to collect it( his Christmas present ) but it was out of stock. I have not received any emails to say it's back in stock or ready for collection.

Customer Service Not Great
I tried to order two items at the same time, but one item disappeared from my basket during the process. I had to order another separately meaning two lots of postage. I asked customer service if I could consolidate my order to save on postage, but they were not helpful at all. They had a 'I donβt care attitude'. It's already been shipped routine. This will be my first and last time ordering from them!

Fender Mustang Micro Plus.
I saw the video for the Fender Mustang Micro Plus on You Tube it was very interesting. I am buying from PMT for the first time. This is a very good multi effects unit I can't wait to recieve it. How long will it take to recieve the Fender Mustang Micro Plus. 3 days or 2 days.
