Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.
PMT Online is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Ordered by click and collect. Item wasnβt reserved as happens with every other retailer, but was on the shelves and I was advised that I was lucky that it hadnβt been purchased by someone else - not what you want to hear about a carefully-selected Christmas gift. Staff were lovely, product is exactly what I wanted, system is shockingly poor.
