Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.
PMT Online is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Easy to use website and I was able to find what I needed easily. Fast delivery even though I selected the 2nd class postage option, indicating that my order was put together and dispatched quickly. PMT also provide a great customer service at their Manchester store.

Absolutely customer friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I recently bought a Bose sub2. It arrived DPD next day. Not being happy with my purchase one phone call assured me that a refund would be issued on receipt of the speaker being returned to ANY local PMT store. Mine be8ng Norwich despite the sub coming from Liverpool. Instead of a refund I wanted to buy a pair of yamaha DXR12S. I returned the sub where full refund was issued on the spot. Next problem was that the stock for DXRs were low and they only stocked one. The other was in transit to them from Manchester. At no extra cost the parcel was rerouted directly to my address. A great personal experience. They price match and they care. Just to add. The second speaker arrived at 8.15am. Just can't fault them or PMT.

Ordered a Β£700 guitar online for collection next day as I had a gig on the weekend and when I got there they said there has been a fault with the system as they havenβt got any of this guitars available. So now I have cancelled my gig and have to wait a week for a refund. Extremely frustrating and disappointing from such a well established company.
