Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

The guitar was great
The guitar was great, didn't have to wait for delivery. Only poor point was the poor quality of the gig bag, very thin with little protection. I looked on line but can,t seem to get a more protective bag for my new guitar.

We had no knowledge at all about the guitar we wanted to buy for our daughter on her 18th. The chap I spoke to was phenomenal!!! Worked to our budget, collected information about our daughter to make sure the product suited all her needs (and then some) absolutely fantastic customer service!
