Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.
PMT Online is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Good delivery, friendly driver. Sold as B stock can't see much wrong. Can play without amp.
Item was bought and paid for, then we received an email to say you couldn't find any in stock. My husband was very disappointed!
Very pleased with clear tracking and speedy delivery. Guitar was well packaged and in excellent condition.
The staff member that helped me was friendly.polite and proffessional.I went in to pick up my order and it was all sorted out very quickly and politely.
I recently bought some headphones online and decided they weren’t suitable after trying them for just a couple of minutes. I repacked them exactly as they were sent to me, in perfect condition. Upon being refunded I realised they had underpaid me by £12. I enquired and was told that they were damaged and this was a restocking charge. They sent pictures and the headband was covered in greasy marks and they were apparently further damaged which I couldn’t see in the photos. This was 100% not me, it’s not what I’m like and I’m even wondering if the photos they sent were even of my headphones as they were returned as good as new. Terrible shame as I used to like this business. They have just lost a customer and all for a few extra pounds. It’s not so much the money but the false accusation when I would never do anything like that. Be warned, it’s something they do it seems.
Ordered a new bass cab, arrived quickly and well packed. Was sold as new but was not in its original packaging. However was in perfect condition and worked without fault, plus got it for a great price. Thanks PMT
