I recently bought some headphones online and decided they weren’t suitable after trying them for just a couple of minutes. I repacked them exactly as they were sent to me, in perfect condition. Upon being refunded I realised they had underpaid me by £12. I enquired and was told that they were damaged and this was a restocking charge. They sent pictures and the headband was covered in greasy marks and they were apparently further damaged which I couldn’t see in the photos. This was 100% not me, it’s not what I’m like and I’m even wondering if the photos they sent were even of my headphones as they were returned as good as new. Terrible shame as I used to like this business. They have just lost a customer and all for a few extra pounds. It’s not so much the money but the false accusation when I would never do anything like that. Be warned, it’s something they do it seems.
