Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.
PMT Online is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

PMT was very quick in sorting my issue. I purchased a Fuel Tank T-REX, However, I found out that the 9v outputs weren't isolated to each other. Unfortunately, the description of the product in their website doesn't mention this. Then, I canceled the purchase, and I asked the refund. They reacted very quickly by giving me the refund the day after and canceling the order for me. Good experience and good timing.

I was told that the delivery day was Thursday so I waited for it all day. It arrived on Friday morning whilst I was at work and my security camera caught the delivery driver drop the package from his shoulder into the floor onto one edge of the parcel!!! He then left the package behind my bins with it sticking quite a way out, with it on view from the road. Luckily Iβm at the end of a cul-de-sac and the keyboard is un damaged. I certainly wonβt be buying anything from you unless I can pick it up from the store. Parcelfarce suck ass dude!
