Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Bought a pair of Evox 12 off PMT years ago and my experience was fantastic. I often go into one of their shops when Iβm about the county with the show. Always drop a few hundred quid of drum stuff. Iβm a very loyal customer and generally, I was a GAK guy for years. But now theyβve gone, PMT are one of two of my go-tos now. The other is just a drum shop, so I do try and be fair. So recently just picked up some studio monitors, arrived in good time and in good packaging. Gonna plug them in now!
