I have dealt with solicitors before but this has definitely been the best and easiest and quickest experience I have had with a solicitor, the communication was thorough, effective and sufficient, all questions were answered immediately and not only that the process has been really quick and smooth.everyone was really helpful in Alex’s team and really informative when we had a question, I can’t recommend them enough for their quick process to buying a new property.

Very stressful
When you call their phone line it is very hard to get in touch with the lawyer on your case. When you do manage to get through on the phone most times the paralegal would answer the phone and advise they can't answer any questions as they cannot give legal advice. We were buying our first house and the vendors solicitor was unable to reach PLS via phone or email most of the time. PLS would simply just not respond to emails from me or the vendors solicitor. It took six months to complete on the purchase due to the difficultly contacting and the delays from PLS. We ended up completing but during the time before and after completion, PLS did not answer a single email regarding queries we had about the purchase as first time buyers. The manner in which they conducted themselves for a paid service was shocking and truly stressful. They would claim to have sent emails and documents to us and the vendors solicitor's which had just not been sent. Six months after completing and already living in the property they contacted us for £15 to send off the HM land registry application for the property showing this had not been sent on their side for almost a year. Since using PLS we have used other solicitors which have been truly fantastic so I have come to leave a review as objectively as I could as the manner in which they operate is not an industry standard and I wish I would have seen a review such as this which would have warned me what i would be getting myself into before using them.

Well Done PLS
The Remortgage Team 2 was always helpful and quick to respond to all my queries. Satwik in particular spoke to me and guided me through what had to be done following my receipt of his emails. It took a while for me to get used to his accent but he slowed down enough for me to understand him. I was pleased with all my dealings with the other ladies and gentlemen on that Team and occasionally when I spoke to Team 1 as well. I would not hesitate to recommend PLS to anyone. Thank you PLS for a good working experience.

Amazing experience from start to finish
What a fabulous, and stress free experience I have had with PLS. I have just purchased my first ever home, and the support and professionalism Kerry displayed was fantastic. Everything was so seamless, from getting on to the portal, to making payments....all just fell into place with no fuss or drama. I cannot recommend this company highly enough....may they go from strength to strength.

Very poor experience
I brought a property from them and now I am selling it shortly after due to a change in circumstances. They have been painfully slow in getting the necessary documents so I can complete the sale. I am very disappointed and found they have not been helpful at all. They have not acted as I would expect a professional company to. I would not recommend them at all.
