First time buyers & brilliant experience
Massive thanks to Liam Johnson for making the whole process run smoothly and keeping us up to date throughout the whole buying process. He made sure he communicated everything along the way and was always available to answer our queries. And made an huge effort to ensure completion stayed on track despite running into very last minute complications that could've delayed our completion. Thanks again for all your help and hard work

Using for a new build purchase
Using for a new build purchase. Appalling service. They ask for information that you sent them two weeks before, and keep adding new information requirements. Clueless beyond belief. Your develop will claim that you save £500 by using PLS - don't fall for it, you'll spend far more than that in lost wages and frustration. P.S. Emailed two directors of PLS about their shambles, with no response, so ignore the nonsense replay from PLS below saying they'd love to hear from me

Fab!
Matthew Howard was all good, nothing bad. He resolved complex and frustrating issues with my flat's Management Company, in order that the sale of the property was finally achieved. He was always professional, courteous and efficient regarding both communication and correspondence with myself and instilled confidence in me that the transaction would eventually be finalised.

Helpful and professional
We had a bit of a nightmare with our purchase due to the vendors solicitors. Our solicitor Matthew Howard did a great job and getting these issues resolved and managed to get the sale through in time before our mortgage offer expired. I have spoken to Matthew and others in the office who all have been very helpful. My only gripe has been the online portal can be a bit hit and miss. For example we did not receive email notifications for some of the updates on the portal.

A Very Positive Experience
I have been very pleased by the job that PLS have done. As a first time buyer, I was tentative not to go with a local firm but had PLS recommended to us by the firm handling the sale on behalf of the vendors and thought we'd take a chance (having seen they had favourable reviews on various sites). Daniel Crowther was our case handler and was always on hand to answer questions. The PLS tracker kept us updated throughout and Dan equally did so as well. Occasionally I felt the need to chase up certain things but always found that these were in hand. If there was one thing I would say, as is laid out in their terms and conditions and of which I was fully aware and expected, the initial quote that you are given will likely be somewhat below the amount you pay due to the list of things that caused an additional fee to be charged. It was all transparent and the final price is still competitive by comparison to a local solicitors but just worth doing a check before you sign!
