Absolute terrible service
Absolute terrible service , don't answer the phones or emails , information that is needed they contacted us to go and find it rather than what you are paying them to do , our sale didn't go through but still got a big bill for very little work done ,even once paid didn't even get any contact saying paid .I would advise not using this company and use one in your own town and not Internet based ,

As first time buyers Liam Johnson (Manchester) really put our worries at ease. He made sure he communicated everything along the way. He was always available to call or would get back to us in minutes, which is really helpful. He stayed professional throughout the whole process, but still made us feel like more than just another customer.

Deeds of the house not updated in 2.5 years!!
We bought our first house in May 2021 and was given an original quote, was then contacted a few weeks before completing to be told we needed to pay A LOT more. We paid an extortionate amount in solicitor fees that we were not told about. 2 years down the line when we were looking to remortgage we were advised that the deeds of the house were not in our names. It has taken PLS 8 MONTHS to resolve this, when this should have been done when we moved into the house. This has resulted in us missing out on various other mortgage deals. We have also been looking at moving into another property and this has prevented us for so long. This company have caused us so many problems and we simply wouldn’t recommend PLS to anyone.
