Unfortunately they are acting on behalf of our buyer and just simply won't respond to either our solicitor, or the buyer, despite being told the whole deal will collapse in a weeks time. The case has been passed around so many of their solicitors the buyer cannot actually find out who, or get a response from, whoever is supposed to be dealing with the case. The buyer is given a different excuse whenever he phones and dated emails prove they are just either totally incompetent, or worse lying. We have days left before the sale collapses and they are still not responding. So bad, it's actually confusing.

So many mistakes were made throughout the process, to then be ignored when I raised them was extremely stressful. Mistakes such as listing a property as "freehold" rather than "leasehold" and using the incorrect title deed number - it took hours of my time to proofread every single document they sent for fear of further mistakes. It took even longer to get the mistakes changed. My emails were routinely ignored to then be told they were having IT issues. When I got through to the out-of-hours phone line, it I was told "there is not much we can do as we're out of hours - phone back on Monday morning at 9am". When I did get through, some members of the team could be quite rude, the customer is made to feel like an inconvenience despite their errors. I genuinely thought the sale would fall through due to the mistakes and it was so, so stressful.

Recent purchase of a house has proceeded very smoothly thanks to Peter, Billly and Hannah who have all been very helpful, efficient and responsive. Five stars for personal service as it should be. Can’t say I think that much of the online portal which could be better organised into being able to locate the really important documents versus general information. Would give the portal a lower score but the team were always so good at responding by email or phone that the service was still excellent.

I recently worked with Rhianne for my first house purchase and was overall very impressed with their service. The communication was excellent - they were always prompt to respond to my emails and calls and kept me well-informed throughout the process. This made a big difference, especially as a first-time buyer navigating unfamiliar territory. My only point of feedback would be on the online portal. While I found the videos on the website helpful, the user interface of the portal itself could be improved. It wasn't always intuitive to find the information I needed, and I think this could be a challenge for first-time buyers who might be feeling overwhelmed.

Whilst I struggled with the online app at the beginning of the process Matthew was great at supporting and dealing with us via email and phone. The whole process was much quicker than I had expected. This is the first time we have sold and purchased and Matthew reduced the stress and helped us exchange smoothly thank you
