2nd purchase with PLS and felt it was even smoother than the first time, also gave me a returning customer discount! Liam Johnson was very helpful and easily approachable throughout the process which made a big difference. He picked up on issues that I wouldn't have even known to raise which is what you want from your conveyancer. Will definitely be back for any future business and recommend to people I know.

We used PLS to purchase a new-build- our first home. Charlotte Harkin team handled our application.The process was smooth, and all of the information required was presented to us in good time. I thought due to language barrier it will be difficult to communicate. But the team was very friendly and helpful and the portal helped us to track the progress. They were fantastic! PLS have been so on it from the start
PLS have been amazing right from the start of the process. Megan and her team have been at the end of a phone or email all the time. I had a lender who was constantly asking for paperwork that was not possible and PLS spent months trying to resolve this. In the end we went with a new lender and PLS got everything sorted and approved within a matter of days and I have now exchanged. Recommend the team 100% and will be back again when needed.

Outstanding service!
Our home builder presented us with Solicitor options to help us in buying our first home, we chose PLS Solicitors as they provide a convenient way of communicating/transacting. They do phone calls, emails, and they have an app that make things a lot easier to review/read documents and track progress. They can be a phone call away should you have questions and quick to respond in emails. We are under Thomas Booth Team that did an excellent job. They are efficient and the process from the start until the exchange of contract was done smoothly. Highly recommended!

We received a first class service from PLS. Ellie Hamer (nee Digby) and her team were great. They were lovely to speak to and they were always happy to help. They’re quick to pick up the phone to answer any questions and they were quick to respond to any emails we sent. Always on hand to give us advice and help us navigate some of the legal jargon we couldn’t understand. They worked hard to keep matters moving and progressing, providing a quick turn around on enquiries and pressing for resolution of outstanding enquiries with the other solicitors involved. We highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again in the future.
