Avoid at all costs.
So many mistakes were made throughout the process, to then be ignored when I raised them was extremely stressful. Mistakes such as listing a property as "freehold" rather than "leasehold" and using the incorrect title deed number - it took hours of my time to proofread every single document they sent for fear of further mistakes. It took even longer to get the mistakes changed. My emails were routinely ignored to then be told they were having IT issues. When I got through to the out-of-hours phone line, it I was told "there is not much we can do as we're out of hours - phone back on Monday morning at 9am". When I did get through, some members of the team could be quite rude, the customer is made to feel like an inconvenience despite their errors. I genuinely thought the sale would fall through due to the mistakes and it was so, so stressful.
