Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! Unfortunately, the seller of the property I want to buy is using this company. In the last three months, they have ignored EVERY request for information that my solicitor has made, and every request for action that the estate agent has made. You may be tempted by lower fees, but please don't use this company. My purchase is now at risk as it's a leasehold with an absent freeholder, and PLS are clearly in WAY over their heads and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. If they don't respond to our requests for information soon, I will have to pull out of the purchase, which will absolutely break my heart. They are complete scammers! BEWARE.
