Terrible sloppy service from staff who don't have even the basic level of knowledge or customer care skills
Terrible sloppy, slow service. I have been trying to exchange for over a week. The paralegal handling my case clearly doesn't know what they are doing and has made several pretty mammoth cock ups. Recorded delivery documents sent recorded delivery was left at the post office uncollected for 5 days. Everything is done by email (which lack clear information) and replies are snails pace slow. Most recent mess up is that they didn't provide a phone number to the solicitor in order to facilitate the exchange. It's now over 8 days of chasing. I had to actually request that they pick up the phone to call the onward chain solicitor rather than just sending an email. Appalling service I will be lodging a formal complaint. Took me asking 4 times for clarification that an actual solicitor had looked over the file. Unqualified staff sending emails with incorrect information and not doing much else. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. PLS have replied stating they can't be responsible for delays in exchange. They can when it's their staff not acting on instructions or giving inaccurate information or not collecting recorded delivery items from the post office. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Recommend by new build home group They don’t answer emails not answering calls Act angry and close the phone on your face with no reason Misleading to have more fees for a cash freehold 2 bedroom 60 m house they ask for 1350 then extra to reach 2300 and extra 1000 to pay in the end in case that means they reach 3300 They led us to lose the house I wish I read the comments before Please stay away And they ask for cancellation fees That they didn’t even work for And they work for the estate agent not you ,because the estate agent bush you to use them as they consider your offer only if you accept to use them And when you get angry and talk about what they doing they call you a liar The branch that I dealt with is the Manchester one If you want anxiety and stress go with them

The Company that really dont care!
I was the unfortunate guy to have sold my house to the buyers that use this company. As such, they stated they wanted £350 sum and a further ridiculous sum of over £1k to cover for any issues with the property. Reluctantly i had to agree. But guess what...these guys have not refunded me on the day that they were supposed to. Typical solicitors!
