Terrible sloppy service from staff who don't have even the basic level of knowledge or customer care skills

Terrible sloppy, slow service. I have been trying to exchange for over a week. The paralegal handling my case clearly doesn't know what they are doing and has made several pretty mammoth cock ups. Recorded delivery documents sent recorded delivery was left at the post office uncollected for 5 days. Everything is done by email (which lack clear information) and replies are snails pace slow. Most recent mess up is that they didn't provide a phone number to the solicitor in order to facilitate the exchange. It's now over 8 days of chasing. I had to actually request that they pick up the phone to call the onward chain solicitor rather than just sending an email. Appalling service I will be lodging a formal complaint. Took me asking 4 times for clarification that an actual solicitor had looked over the file. Unqualified staff sending emails with incorrect information and not doing much else. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. PLS have replied stating they can't be responsible for delays in exchange. They can when it's their staff not acting on instructions or giving inaccurate information or not collecting recorded delivery items from the post office. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
