I'm putting 3 stars because of Oliver: he's been absolutely brilliant, and I'm so sorry for him because it felt like he was the only person who really cared about us. This service could be way better if only they would improve their communication skills. They have been a little more constant in replying to the emails only in the last month (out of 4 months), as we had a strict deadline, so they were forced to communicate with us. We had to chase them over the phone to have updates, since they didn't update the platform and therefore it was difficult to understand how the entire process was going. They were very nice, but communication is key, so I really hope they work on this for future clients. Also, the online platform is very easy to understand and use, but it needs to be updated step by step!! Buying a house is very stressful, so it doesn't make sense to make things harder!

I have a mixed experience with PLS
I have a mixed experience with PLS. One of my cases was not dealt as expected however, the other case, dealt by Simran was outstanding. Simran was very proactive, communicative and most of all, she cared. To me, PLS should strive to bring all members to the same level, to the same standards. I will go back to PLS again, but I would choose use the same case handler again.

PLS Solicitors were acting on my behalf for the sale of my property and a purchase. Although a long and drawn out process, not anything at all to do with the solicitors, but being let down over my purchase with the third time being lucky. I particularly like the idea of the portal which was accessible 24/7, being aware of the progress along the way with the added bonus of having someone to talk to at the end of a phone. Job well done and thank you.

Fantastic service
We instructed PLS Solicitors for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new property. As PLS are an online based company, we never met the solicitor assigned to us however, this did not diminish the service we received from them. We were given access to an online portal where all documents were posted for us to read, approve or upload which we found easy to use. Communication by telephone was never an issue. If we never got to speak with our assigned Solicitor, one of her team was there to speak to, and they were all informed and up to date with our case. Our Solicitor was very good at chasing up the third party Solicitors involved in the process, and she was very good at keeping us informed. We will be using PLS services in the not to distant future, and we will be recommending their services to family and friends.

Amazing experience with PLS Solicitors for the sale of our home and purchase of our new home.
