I'm putting 3 stars because of Oliver: he's been absolutely brilliant, and I'm so sorry for him because it felt like he was the only person who really cared about us. This service could be way better if only they would improve their communication skills. They have been a little more constant in replying to the emails only in the last month (out of 4 months), as we had a strict deadline, so they were forced to communicate with us. We had to chase them over the phone to have updates, since they didn't update the platform and therefore it was difficult to understand how the entire process was going. They were very nice, but communication is key, so I really hope they work on this for future clients. Also, the online platform is very easy to understand and use, but it needs to be updated step by step!! Buying a house is very stressful, so it doesn't make sense to make things harder!
