Emma was so organised...
Emma was so organised with our house move from start to finish. She responded promptly to all emails queries and got in touch with us for what she needed next in plenty of time. Dreadful experience!!
Dreadful experience, definitely would not recommend their services!! Instructed them due to being the recommended service by our developer. Felt extremely let down throughout our journey. Communication was very poor and several mistakes made. Very unhappy customer

Always available when needed
Always available when needed, kept us up to date on the whole process, only down side was a communication error with buyers solicitor that delayed slightly but not sure as to why, seemed like a technical issue with emails not being received.

Awful experience!
My husband and I had a truly awful experience with PLS. The communication was virtually non-existent. they kept on telling us different stories as to why things were or weren’t getting done, they dropped the ball a few times and made some mistakes which led to us missing our original completion date (despite it having been in the diary for a few months…) We would have given them zero stars if this was an option!

Matthew Howard at PLS
Matthew Howard dealt with the sale of a property; it was delayed because the original estate agents didn't conduct due diligence so both sales fell through after much time wasting. However, Matthew kept all the original online forms until we engaged a different estate agent and he was able to answer queries about the property from the successful buyer on my behalf so I didn't have to fill them all in again. He replied promptly to emails, often almost immediately. I found him pleasant and agreeable to speak to on the phone and he spoke clearly.

Excellent experience with great communiation
After having a bad experience with a different solicitor who were terrible at communication, I switched to PLS and had an excellent experience. All my email requests were handled same day by Ellie and her team, even if it were to communicate how long something would take and when to expect it done by, which is all you really want to hear. (which seems too much for some solicitors) Would definitely recommend them.
