They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Placed a click & collect order
Placed a click & collect order, collected order got home and opened box and wrong item was inside. Had to return to the store and replace order which I thought they would have offered to deliver to my home as it was their mistake but no they made me come back to the store to collect the corrected order again. Not very good Customer Service. However, I would like to add that I am a regular customer and usually receive an excellent service, just this time they fell well short of that.
