They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

So easy
Ordering process was so straightforward. Advised could not complete on line delivery due to lack of stock. However, guided to my local store and I was able to click and collect. Process was so easy. A really good and intuitive web site.
