I always have a good experience when shopping here in-store, and I have been a happy customer for years now. I do wish they carried a wider selection of tropical fish, though and some more interesting ones.

I’ve been ordering a lot of tools and storage recently, and Toolstation has consistently been a reliable choice — quick, easy to use, and with fast delivery, which I really appreciate. However, I’ve started to notice that their prices are often higher than those on other sites, which is disappointing and a bit off-putting. I’m a member of the Toolstation Club, which gives a 5% discount, but if the base price is 10% higher than elsewhere, the discount doesn’t really help much. I still value the convenience and speedy service, but I think it’s time Toolstation looked at becoming more competitive on pricing — maybe even introducing a price match policy. That would definitely keep them at the top of my list.
