I have been using the Pelican water system for approximately 10 years without any problems. It is very convenient to order the replacement filters for the system. I would recommend the Pelican Water System to others.
I like to do business over the phone more than on line and my experience with Pelican is the best I can get. they have great customer service and know what they sell. Not only have I bought the product but I recommended it to a friend and even installed it for him, we are both very happy with the product and what a difference the taste in water. I even wash my cars with the water and it is spotless free. I will recommend it to anybody.
The no salt system works great it replaces our eco water system . It was also easy to install myself.

For the functionality you get, this softener is significantly overpriced. You can get a Fleck to do what this can do, for half the price. The company will also not pay for returns if you are unsatisfied with the quality of what you receive. Don't do business with a like this.

The customer service at Pelican is excellent; staff advised me on the filter system size appropriate for my needs. The cost of the system is 1/3 of another system I was considering. I signed up for the automatic shipment of filters, which is great so I won't have to think about it. The installation was accomplished by my trusty plumber and I have tasty, clean water!!! I'm drinking much more water now that I know it's clean and safe. I would recommend Pelican highly to anyone.
I had my water conditioner and whole house filter installed about 2 months ago. The installation was a lot harder and expensive to get installed than you stated! I still can not drink the water due to taste after installation. I am also worried with the calcium build up that I have noticed since installing. On Saturday January 6, 2018 Clemente (customer service rep) called me and addressed my previous concerns. After talking to him, I am trying to resolve my concerns. I will get back to TrustPilot if I can not take care of what we disscussed.

Excellent product and service.
The UV lamp that came with your system had never been used because I had no electric circuit for plugging it in. When I moved into the house and got an electrician to install that circuit, the UV lamp did not work. Your customer support technician told me the warranty period was over, and although the lamp had never been used I had to buy a replacement. I then ordered and received a replacement lamp for the UV treatment in my filter system, using the part number provided by your customer service for my system. The part number was indeed the same as the lamp I needed to replace, but the part itself was very different, much smaller in diameter. My plumber had to find an adapter so that your replacement part could be mounted into my system, and this added two hours at $75.00 each to my installation. This additional expense could have been avoided if you had sent me the correct part, instead of only a different part with the same part number.
I just had the carbon filter/softener (1800) with the UV systems installed in my house for about 5 days now and I see huge difference between the old and the new waters used in the showers. Our skins are so dried and my skin is somewhat showing much better. I have not yet tasted it as for my drinking water but I’ll definitely try it in a few more days to make sure all of the dirty stuffs sticker in my pipes flushed away. So far I really love the systems and I recommend it to all; especially, to those with dry skin like myself.
