Called to get info on the water system in the house I purchased last year. The Customer service rep was excellent and walked me through the system features and how to replace the filter. Discovered no shut off valve was installed so have to shut off main to change filter. Will have a plumber remedy that. Excellent call!

Good experience from ordering the test kit, to reviewing the results and ordering the proper equipment, and technical help with installation and programing.

Parts were missing from the order, so I could not install. After contacting them, they sent out the missing parts but delayed the installation by over a week.

The service, price and shipping from Pelican was great. However my wife says she has not used the system long enough to see a difference in our city water.

Does its job quality could be better

After tightening up the unit leaked and was loose between the nut and filter. I'm going to have a go at it again, which will make the third try. So far, so bad.

We had no problems when we ordered the unit.

Awesome product. I purchased a shower filter. My water feels cleaner, smells better, and does not taste like iron anymore. My hair feels better and my skin is clearing up (i had breakouts from our hard water). Will be buying an entire home filtration system in the spring.
