Pelican Water

We installed the PC600 System 7 years ago and have experienced no problems. The Pelican staff could not have been more helpful during a scheduled unit media service and the company’s ‘help videos’ are very well produced and contain excellent demonstrated instructions. Very Satisfied, Gary C.

Sales helped even after hours to be sure I had the complete set of equipment I needed for my shallow well. Ordering was easy and the equipment arrived well boxed and bundled on a pallet. Install instructions were well written and easy to follow. It is online and working, the water is so much better, the smells are gone, the hardness is gone and no added flavor, just nice clean water. Only issue has been my understanding the chlorine injection, how to measure and value to set to for my installation which I am working with support to resolve.

Some review and update to on line presence to make it easier to identify products and replacement parts. Service great and satisfied with product.

Although we haven't yet purchased a system, we've had a few conversations with Kyle and others, done their water test, plus have received great reports from friends who use their whole house system. I have found this company to be the most professional and customer focused company of any I've contacted and would heartily recommend them for those interested in any type of water filtration system.

Our water is amazing now.

Replaced our water filtration unit with a Pelican filtration and water softener system. We also added instant hot water. We are shocked at the difference in our water. Clothes are softer, shower door is cleaner, we waste less water waiting for hot water, our hair feels cleaner and softer, our dishes are cleaner. Our experience with our installer was above expectations. On time, clean, courteous, and personable.

I have noticed the difference in the drinking water. it has been good. I have not had Pelican water this long to give a full evaluation.

I needed a battery for the counter-top water filter. It was sent out right away. Good customer service.

Great product with 5-star customer service. During installation, I must have called 3 or 4 times. Each time, I was greeted with a positive attitude and a genuine interesting in helping complete the installation. The installation kit is very helpful as it includes flexible tubes that allow you to move the tanks, if necessary. Everything fit together nicely and the stainless steel covers make it look good as well. It's great to not have to lug bottled water from the store anymore.

Sales staff are great. I was in a very time critical situation so I spent a lot of money to have the product shipped over night (it was delivered in about a week). Usually not a big deal and I'm certainly not one to complain but the situation cost us a family vacation, our first real family trip in 3 years. So I'm still a little frustrated with the whole ordeal.

Bought this system, water conditioner, not softener,(NS3 - pre filter, carbon tank and Naturesoft tank), after much research, to replace a salt (potassium) based system . The salt based system was expensive and we disliked the slippery feeling ( what you get from a water softener). We also had "water spots" on our fixtures (calcium deposits) probably due to the salt system nearing the end of its useful life. The new system was delivered in about a weeks time, no issues. I was going to plumb the system (plastic pipe/fittings). It was easier to adapt to the existing 1 inch copper pipe. Followed the instructions for filling, soaking, etc. That was 2 days idle, which I used for pre-plumbing the system. Our system has been in operation for about 3 weeks now. There is a BIG difference in the water quality. There is no chlorine odor at all. No more water spots on glass shower doors. The dishwasher (15+ yrs old) actually cleans with no water spots. I can now drink the water from any faucet, however, I reinstalled the refrigerator filter for extra filtering of ice and water. I added a spigot on the conditioned water so I can wash cars (very little to no spotting). Showers, washing hair and laundry were also improved. As per the instructions, the water heater should be drained,flushed and refilled. I did a quick flush and removed about 3 cups of silvery sediment. I will do a complete flush in a couple months. Living in central California for 2 years, we had a water softener guy test the water: 20+ grains of hardness. The town I live in is giving a $300 rebate to demolish my old salt system., for environmental reasons. I am going to have my water tested by an independent agency for my own peace of mind. Note: I have not researched enough into the science of how the Naturesoft does what it does, which is to essentially preventing scaling , calcium mineral deposits, from adhering to pipes, etc and allow them to pass through the system without causing plumbing issues. I just feel that this system delivers what Pelican says it will do from what I've seen thus far. I hope to do a later review as well. I would recommend the salt free system to anyone considering this alternative to a salt based system. JoeD, Hollister, CA, Dec 2017

It really works! I moved from Colorado to Arizona came to find out water is horrible calcium build up every where and water tasted bitter and stale. I tried Pelican whole house filter pc1000 its worth every penny! trust me i dont use water bottles and dishes much cleaner, shower area free of lime and water taste 100% better!!!! love this system.
