Pelican Water

Simple installation of my replacement filter. But had to call to get instructions. It would be so much easier if they came in the box with the replacement filter. When I called, the pelican agent told me that I probably had instructions at home which came with my original system. He was friendly, professional and helpful. But I would have preferred the convenience of having s printed instruction sheet right there in the box.

I have undersink filters and a shower filter. My water tastes better and therefore I drink much more of it instead of other drinks. It obviously is filtering out something as it does get clogged after a few months. Wonder what it is filtering out, dirt, chemicals, other? Who knows. We have highly rated county water from surface sources. Reordering is easy and quick. I highly recommend Pelican Water Systems.

Easy to install it took me about 1 day to install all the pumping and make the change from the old system too the new pelican system we can taste and feel the deference once the system was online

Start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with a professional company. They delivered everything they said they would. I highly recommend.

After buying a Water test and purchasing my system designed by pelican it cost me an additional 1,375 $to install the sytemthe heads are made of cheap plastics and if not installed properly could cause leaking at the joints even my plumber said the same thing . you would think and they would also include an additional test to show they removed the problems that caused me to purchase the systemin the first place it's not for the average person to install .remember if you drink contaminated water you get sick if not properly installed and put on line for this reason i give the system 4 stars

So far I am pleased with the service from this company and the system installed works well. However one bone to pick is ... To change the filter the instructions CLEARLY SHOWS - TO OPEN ... TURN "CLOCKWISE" with the provided tool. That is not so ... turning clockwise further tightens the the cover dome. Applying more force will easily break the tool, and ... the company will gladly sell you now a sturdy machined aluminum tool for $ 50.00. How convenient, give the folks wrong instructions, multiply by thousands of fails and what a nice $$ windfall replacing all the flimsy tools. I firmly believe that is a built in fallacy for the company to make a few millions in profits. Shame on them!

They get the product to you in a reasonable amount of time and give you reminders of your need of product in advance just simple business efforts that work.

Vwry happy with my under he sink filtration system.

Price of the items (two one inch connectors) was reasonable (just under $13) but shipping was $12 - way too much considering it took 5 business days and not 2 days. Shouldn't have been more than $5.

Love the under counter filter system. The water taste great and it saved us money. The faucet provided with the system makes easy access for good clean filtered water. The only installation problem was the seal on the faucet. Most kitchen sinks have the soap dispenser which has a fairly large hole and the faucet is much smaller and the flange does cover but takes a few attempts to get it right. Hopefully someone at pelican will modify the faucet to make it easier.

Received items quickly and were easy to order.

Great service at a fair price

This filter has made a big difference. My wife was getting rashes on her face and neck we figured from chlorine. The rashes disappeard after using the filter

I can feel the difference right after i have installed Pelican shower filter. Your skin feels alot better and very important no more frizzy hair. I would recommend this very strongly for the folks who leaves in rough water areas.

Great system, easy to install.

We are very pleased with the performance of our 1800 system combo whole house filtration and softener system. As we have notice a big difference in our well water hardness which in 30 days has turn out to be excellent and no hardness. I would recommend this or any of your systems to all who ask. thanks.
