"From Frustration to Satisfaction – Thanks to Maria & Mia"
I initially had a frustrating experience with PCS Legal. Communication was very slow, and I had to chase them weekly for updates. Despite promises of call-backs, none ever came, and their online portal was never updated, which added to the stress. I eventually raised a complaint with their client services team, but the response was disappointing—they claimed I had been contact within 72 hours, which was only true because I kept calling them myself. However, things took a turn for the better thanks to Maria Enright and Mia Raj. They were absolutely brilliant and helped push my sale through, even while dealing with a difficult solicitor on the buyer’s side. They were responsive, proactive, and kept me informed every week via email. Their professionalism and dedication made a huge difference. Because of their efforts, I’ve increased my rating from a 1 to a solid 4 stars. If PCS Legal can improve their overall communication and consistency, they have the potential to be truly excellent. I would highly recommend Maria and Mia for anyone going through a property transaction.
Lovely conveyancing experience. Donna is a star!
First of all I would like to thank Donna for always being so helpful and thorough. She fought our corner and fast tracked everything so we can finish the process in time. It has been a lengthy conveyancing process but in the end it was all worth it. Solicitors have been professional and always easy to reach by phone. My only recommendation would be to have less people dealing with one case so e-mails don’t get missed ( 2 max 3 people). Would highly recommend.

Please proceed with them only if you're willing to risk unnecessary delays, poor communication, and potentially jeopardizing your deal. In our case, we somehow managed to complete the transaction, but it has now been over three months and we still haven’t received our title deed. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and phone over the past three months, we’ve received no response. This even after marking client support team on the email. You can get the gist if the client support is not taking matter seriously, why the conveyancing team would be. I would strongly advise against engaging them for any work—it’s simply not worth your time or the frustration.

Excellent
I’m a first time buyer and had no idea what I was doing. I was under Paige and Maddy. From day one they have been nothing but friendly, helpful, professional, prompt, always happy to take my call when I needed advice, even the smallest questions, and check or chase something for me. 9 times out of 10 I would get a response to a query within the hour. I can’t thank them enough, as they have made what is a daunting and stressful process, so much nicer. They are extremely knowledgeable and always made sure to keep me in the loop, all the way to completion! Would be using them in future if/when I decide to sell. Thankyou so much!!

Good communication.
Very good communication from Caroline McCullough and Sarah Adams. Prompt replies to emails. Telephone calls were usually answered straight away. No endless waiting, listening to muzak. I left voicemails once or twice but call backs were fast. They explained things I did not understand clearly.
