I sent in December of 2022 a parcel to Australia, I had problems with pick up, but after solve it all was quick and arrived in good conditions, so I trusted the company to send another parcel in January of 2023 to United States. The pick up was quick, but after that they lost my parcel in Memphis USA (the destination address was Raleigh NC) and only informed me after months, it was a gift a handmade painting impossible to reproduce, so it was very disappointing, they offered me a refund but after one month I never received it. I needed to use this service again, cause my gift never arrived and I need to compensate my friend that was waiting for that, but I’m thinking about to never use it again and never recommend, cause i was never refunded and I think is a big absurd that a box with clear information about destination with bar code be lost like this, not even the shipping services of my country that are terrible ever did this. So I will keep waiting for my refund, and the minimum of respect to not lost parcels of people like this.

I wanted to send a parcel from Spain to Switzerland with them. First, nobody showed up to take the box for ca. 1 week and then eventually someone picked it up. This was in September 2022. After 1 month, I didn't hear anything from them and of course, my parcel was not delivered, so I reached out and tried to see what could have gotten wrong. After months of emailing, they could not locate the parcel nor offer me a refund for my loss. The package consisted of important belongings with a high personal value. At one point, they told me that they found it in Madrid but then again, I was told it was lost. It is the 17th of June now and since April they have also stopped responding to all my messages. I wish I would have never used their services, at least I would still have my belongings. This company caused me a lot of sadness and loss. I should have never trusted them.

Code: BRES-547195322 I had a terrible experience with ParcelABC. They were supposed to collect my shipment on June 8th, 2023, but they failed to do so without any explanation or communication. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they have been unresponsive and provided no assistance. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark regarding the status of my shipment. I also contacted DHL directly, and they informed me that there are no records of any scheduled collection for my shipment. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. I paid for their services, and I demand a prompt resolution to this issue. They need to honor their obligations and collect my shipment as soon as possible. I advise others to reconsider using ParcelABC for their logistics needs based on this experience. --- 21/06/2023 *UPDATE: Today, I received a response from ParcelABC after an extended period of silence. They explained that there was a setback due to an employee named 'Gintare' falling ill, which temporarily halted their operations. I must say, it's surprising that the entire company's functioning seemed to rely on one individual, and when that person got sick, everything turned chaotic. However, I appreciate the effort made by Gintare in resolving the situation. ParcelABC has now provided me with new labels to use with another shipping company, as they informed me that they do not utilize DHL services. It's disappointing to discover this limitation after the fact, but at least there is progress in finding an alternative solution. In light of this experience, it is evident that ParcelABC needs to expand its workforce to ensure consistent operations and avoid such disruptions in the future. Having more dedicated workers like Gintare would greatly contribute to maintaining a reliable service at all times. I will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide further updates regarding the resolution of my shipment. --- 23/06/2023 *UPDATE: Unfortunately I don't have good updates, so far I haven't had the box collected, just promises. I continue to wait and suffer the dissatisfaction of the customer who waits for the collection of her order. ---- 26/06/2023 *UPDATE: The collection was made. Only the employee named Gintare handled it, no one else. Note: Shipments with them using FedEx always work out.

I shipped 6 pieces of luggage accounting for more than 120 kg and it arrived according to the tracking provided by UPS. Plus Michal is great. Very responsive and quick to answer. Many thanks!

Sinceramente, me sorprendió que la recogida fuera dentro del horario pedido, y que la entrega aunque marcaran de 3 a 5 días, lo entregaron a los 2 días laborables, sin duda repetiré.

A fraud! Don't trust this company, they offer services which don't exist. 1) you can't choose a collection date 2) waiting time: over 2 weeks 3) no communication
