On 03-06-2023 I booked a parcel of 5 KG from Kolkata, India to Northampton UK. Choose a service they are offering FedX 1 Day Delivery. I Paid - 165.89 USD for that. It was a gift exchange from Individual to Individual. They generated an Invoice for me & asked me to hand over 6 Signed copies of that Invoice. Sent me a FedX Tracking Printout PDF to paste on the Package. I did that too. On 04-06-2023 11:00 am someone from the "Delhivery" courier service picked up my parcel with all said documents. Now all Darama unfolded slowly... My FedX Tracking Id is - 772338663230 Tuesday, 6/6/2023 1:49 AM - It reached Fedx Delhi Courier Point. Now I start getting calls from Fedx Team when the status displayed Clearance Delay Improper Paperwork. Wednesday, 6/6/2023 11:55 AM - I received a call from +91 11 4023 2187 & FedX Team asked for my Pan & Aadhar Card. I sent them immediately. Thursday, 7/6/2023 12:20 PM - I received another call from +91 11 4023 2228. Now One FedX official asked me to get authorization from Parcel ABC through their LOA Format. They sent me two PDF Copies. **Point to be Noted - It was booked under FedX One Day Delivery, Despite that Parcel ABC Gave an esimated time to reach it Destination was - Thursday, 7/6/2023 I don't know what to do, Started reaching out to Parcel ABC. They stopped responding to me to date. Before that, they assured me they provided all documents, no need to worry. Right now my Parcel is stuck in one FedEx New Delhi courier point. No movement is there. Don't know how to get back that parcel? or How to get back of my Parcel ABC Courier booking amount...!! After Pick Up you don't have any control & There is no proper communication channel between Fedx & Parcel ABC Fedx Confirmed - The said shipment is executed under Third Party account of LITHGUNIA Customers Active account.But here LOA & LOI are missing where these are mandatory documents.Kindly arrange to share the soft copies of the below listed documents to move it further.

Horrible. One bag lost with no answer from them, and another imaginary 100kg bag that they are asking me to pay for. Originally, I sent 3 packages from France to Spain. One didn't arrive and they are not answering regarding that. I even sent them invoices of stuff inside and nothing. And even worst, they made up another mysterious bag of 100kg (how?) that supposedly was delivered to me and that I have to pay almost 200 euros for it. They just keep insisting that I have to pay with no probe of nothing. This is the worst intimidation I've seen.

Buenas noches, estoy esperando su mensaje y no me responden, ya que pedi devolución completo de mi dinero y me dijeron que me entregarian todo que son 73.79 euros y solamente me dieron 64.38 euros. Busco solución rapida , me parece muy injusto que no me dean completo, cuando no use su servicio!
