No visibility on payment, missing system notifications
There was a bump initially as a confirmation was required several times for the parcel. Higher price was requested by chat even though the calculator was giving a lower price that I paid, this was frustrating. The review is 4 stars because of the above and there is no system email when a payment is made. Which is frustrating as well. The customer service is helpful a lot, I spoke with Michal and he is 6 stars, not 5. However visibility on communication and notification services from the system must be updated.

Rip off, they have you go through a quotation process, have 3 pages of terms and conditions and then when they come up with requirements which you find out after the order, requirements that make the service unworkable (EORI not required by UK Customs for personal shipping) and you wish to cancel, they charge you 25% of the shipping fee for "administration" purposes, having actually done nothing other than online systemised order processing). This is on page three clause 13 of their T&C's. BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN REQUIREMENTS AND THE EXTENSIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! Only redeeming element of the service are their customer service, who are as helpful and responsive as they are able to be ( tell you after the fact things you have to do).
