Great & responsive customer service going extra mile always. Competitive rates and great to see all providers with their rates especially for a small business owner. In case of issues with collections the customer service is always helpful. I am using 2nd time to send parcel in EU.

An absolutely grim experience with ParcelABC. I sent a parcel with them to the return address of a large retailer (Uniqlo) in the EU. Some time later, after a holiday, I found the parcel left in the middle of my front garden. The clothes inside were water damaged. ParcelABC has "opened a claim" with the courier - a few weeks have passed with no updates. ParcelABC has refused to refund the original postage and has instead asked me to pay for return postage - even sending lawyers after me, for further insult. In short, if anything goes wrong with your parcel, expect ParcelABC to make it worse and try to get more money from you. Quick update: it's been more than a month now, and Parcel ABC are saying they won't investigate further until I pay them (despite previously saying that they would investigate the damage first).

Parcel ABC Review I recently used Parcel ABC for an international shipment, and my experience was extremely negative. While the initial pricing seemed competitive, I encountered significant issues, and my parcel, picked up on April 21st, is still not delivered. Website Usability: The website was relatively easy to navigate, and getting a quote was straightforward. Customer Service: This is where things went disastrously wrong. I've had to chase them hundreds of times for updates on my shipment, and their responses have been unhelpful and slow. Delivery Time: The delivery is now significantly overdue. The initial estimate was grossly inaccurate, and there have been substantial delays with no clear communication. Package Handling: The current status of my package is "Unable to Locate – Search in Progress," which is completely unacceptable. Overall, Parcel ABC's service has been abysmal. The combination of poor customer service, massive delivery delays, and the company's inability to even locate my package makes them a carrier I cannot recommend under any circumstances. This has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and I strongly advise looking at other options.
