Horrible Experience with ParcelABC – Still No Parcel After Days of Waiting

I decided to continue my architecture studies in Spain after studying in Lithuania. To transport my belongings, I chose ParcelABC courier service — a decision I deeply regret. For the past three days, I’ve been traveling an hour each way to Madrid, trying to collect my parcel. I’ve spent 8 hours a day waiting in a café just one minute away from the delivery point, but ParcelABC has offered no assistance whatsoever. I’ve sent over 20 emails, most of which received delayed and completely unhelpful responses. I’ve used many courier companies before and never encountered such an irresponsible and indifferent service. I feel exhausted, hopeless, and honestly — scammed. If you want to avoid frustration and disappointment, I strongly urge you to stay away from this company. This experience has cost me €1500 in unnecessary hotel, transportation expenses, wasted time, stress, and bitter disappointment. As of now, I still haven’t received my parcel and have lost all hope.

I wanted to book a 2x20kg parcel from Netherlands to Croatia, and got a quick and thorough buquet of parcel services to choose from. I chose one and my parcel was picked up but without sending me a tracking number. Now, the distinction of ParcelABC against my usual experiences was that the customer support was really engaged, quick and helpful - they confirmed the parcels were picked up, and immediately provided me with the correct tracking numbers. A premier experience!

Great customer service!

I used their services to move my personal belongings from Mexico to the Netherlands. They customer service is great, Michal took care of every question I had in the process and he talked to the courier people everytime I needed something. Amazing service.

After filling out their shipping form and paying the fee, I never received the shipping label. When I contacted them, they claimed they couldn’t ship a phone with a battery inside, despite my proof of DHL’s policy (their partnered carrier) allowing such shipments if declared properly. Frustrated, I mentioned writing a negative review, and they abruptly offered a partial refund instead of resolving the issue. I then clarified that I had removed the battery, and they finally sent the label. Two weeks later, they invoiced me an extra €19, claiming my phone (packed in a paper box) weighed 1.5 kg instead of the 0.5 kg initially quoted. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to extract more money. **Be cautious with this company.** They exploit loopholes—refusing shipments over trivialities, threatening partial refunds to avoid accountability, and inventing unexpected fees. Always document interactions and double-check their claims!
