A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

Odradzam !!! Jest wiele innych uczciwych firm. Panek oszukuje i wyłudza pieniądze z zostawionego depozytu! I don’t recommend using the service of this company - they are cheating !

Vorsicht Vorsicht!! Leider habe ich die Bewertungen auch zu spät gelsese. Betrugsfirma!! Konnte Auto nicht übernehmen da mich niemand abgeholt hat. Auch telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Geld denoch abgebucht. Werde auch versuchen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten. Hände weg!!!!!

Absolutely - do not take. They had taken 250gbp (1000pln) for a car clean and 100gbp (500pln) for a parking. They have refused to show any evidence. Absolutely worst - dont ever go with them. NEVER.

Criminal outfit..
They conned me. Upon return the car was clean and i had no issues- I took pics and all good no damage- however I forgot to take a pic of the windscreen - the company fabricated that there was a stone chip. this was all made up by them - there was no stone chip on the widescreen. when i questiond thsi there where rued and abusive. Do not rent a car from them

Overall, pretty awful experience with unjustified charges. I will avoid from now on.
I used this car rental company before with no problems ... but things have changed now. Below is my experience of car rental from Dec 2025 from Wroclaw Airport in Poland. (1) Some "genius" from management decided that it is now a good idea to request cars to be returned clean inside and outside. Good luck to anyone returning car in winter or wet weather with two small kids to the airport in the evening. You would literally have to clean it at the terminal ... never going to happen. Car cleaning charge PLN700 (~EUR167) (reduced by 50% after I complained that additional charges are not clear at the point of booking. The cleaning charge was almost more than the entire rental charge) (2) I was surprised to see a damage charge of PLN6000 (~EUR1600) added to my final invoice. The picture appended to the invoice showed black boot mark over protective sticker (I wish I could append photos here as it needs to be seen to be believed) ... so no damage to paint or bodywork of the car. I requested further details so that I can present this to my insurance company. After that, they dropped the charge. Overall, pretty awful experience and it is best to avoid this company from now on. Use one the reputable large rental companies instead, and always buy excess insurance beforehand. I will be also reporting them to local Consumer Rights Protection agency as some of these practices are borderline illegal. All charges (ie EUR167 for cleaning) should be made clear at the point of booking.

Os acerceis a esta compañía(ESTAFADORES) el negocio no está en alquilar coche.. esta estafa piramidal se quedan con VUESTRA FIANZA!! y no cualquiera 1800 euros!!! Siempre tienen un chip rastreador que facturan como si fueran policías es totalmente ILLEGAL !y y os facturan como si estubieras en infracción permanentemente(MIRAR EL DOCUMENTO ANEXO) Solo lo hacen con lo extranjeros Y DESPUES DE DOS MESES!!! Denunciar y os devuelven una parte hay que denunciar son maleantes!!!! HASTA LAS HORAS QUE PONEN NO CORRESPONDEN ES UN DOCUMENTO EXCEL--- UNA LOCURA NUNCA PENSABA LLEGAR A TAL `PUNTO DE ESTAFADORES!! ESTAN DENUNCIADO A LA GUARDOIA CIVIL Y PRONTO A LAS CORTES EUROPEAS.

Wypożyczyłem auto z Okęcia na jedną dobę. Auto odebrałem brudne i śmierdzące w środku. Zgłosiłem to pracownikowi, który poinformował mnie, żeby zwrócić auto w takim samym stanie w jakim je zastałem. Nie zauważyłem jednak, że w środku ktoś naśmiecił popiołem z papierosa. Po zakończeniu wynajmu pobrano mi z karty 500 zł za rzekome palenie w pojeździe. Spróbowałem się odwołać ale nie miałem zdjęć a na protokole pracownik nic nie odznaczył. NIE POLECAM firmy panek, pobierają niesłusznie opłaty i żerują w ten sposób na klientach.

Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst. They are thieves, they supposedly rent you a car very cheap and then try and charge you for everything. In my instance they charged me for "dirty carpet on driver's side" 5 times more than the whole rental cost me. The car looked like it went through some monster truck madness. Bumps everywhere. It stunk like cigarettes. I should add I landed at the airport late in the evening and Panek was supposed to be in the terminal. After asking around I found out they've been gone for months. I had no contact to them whatsoever. I googled their customer service and spend about an hour with them (mostly waiting for anyone to pick up with sudden drop of a call in the meantime). They gave me a number to call for a pickup. The number was wrong. I called them again. Gave me another number. This time the number was a personal phone of a person that works at the same parking lot as Panek! He was quite angry because apparently people keep calling him about Panek. Anyway, Panek guy told me he would be there in 5 min, I should wait outside (it's a cold November, remember). I waited an hour. Then, they couldn't accept any of my credit cards (never happened to me before). They kept saying some weird stuff - this bank has "bad" cards or this card is not embossed. Never again with those scammers. Funny enough, since I posted this review they first tried to convince Trustpilot it is not for their business but some other company. And now they want my details. I suggest you look closely at their 5 star reviews - they all look very similar, one sentence reviews, as opposed to 1 star reviews that are quite detailed. I'm not suggesting anything but I think people are not stupid.

Wyłudzanie!
Witam . Mielismy taki sam przypadek w listopadzie 2024 . Odstawilismy Auto na parkingu porobilismy fotki, po 3 dniach faktura że Auto było brudne. 300zł obciążenie. Po 10 dniach następne obciążenie za uszkodzenie auta. 4000.zł. kradzierz w białych rękawiczkach . Telefony ,reklamycje- żadnej reakcji. W styczniu odzyskaliśmy pieniądze przez bocking com z ubezpieczenia. Moim zdaniem powinni im sie dobrać do skóry również ubezpieczalnie. Nie polecam takiej firmy Dla mnie to złodziejsto w biały dzień.
