Policzyli sobie 2500 PLN za to, że auto jest porysowane od spodu... Zakładam, że naciągnęli tak wielu innych klientów. Dodatkowo 300 PLN za brudną tylną szybę. Złodzieje i tyle

OSZUŚCI i ZŁODZIEJE!!! Zarezerwowałem i opłaciłem samochód na 01:15 w nocy w Gdańsku. Otrzymałem potwierdzenie mailowe. Od 01:00 do 2:00 nikt się nie stawił z firmy z samochodem ani nikt nie odbierał telefonów ode mnie. O 08:00 rano dostałem maila z anulowaniem rezerwacji. Mija tydzień od mojej rezerwacji, nadal czekam na zwrot pieniędzy. Odkładają telefon jak dzwonię, nie odpowiadają także na maile. Zgłoszeni do banku jako oszustwo. Zostaną zgłoszeni na policję. Nie mam pojęcia jak taka firma legalnie funkcjonuje.

ACHTUNG BETRUGSFIRMA!!! Nach der Rückgabe buchte Panek für einen kleinen Kratzer an der Felgenplatte, der wahrscheinlich garnicht von uns ist die komplette Kaution in Höhe 1400€ ab. Wir waren danach bei der Polizei gegenüber (Riga) und die Polizei weiß schon bescheid, dass es sich hier um eine Betrugsfirma handelt, ihnen sind aber aus nicht nennbaren Gründen die Hände gebunden. Bitte hier nichts buchen, der günstigere Preis wird am Hände 10 mal so hoch aufgeschlagen!!

My experience with them was nothing short of a scam. Despite purchasing their most expensive coverage—which even included protection in case of wrecking the car—I was hit with a completely unjustified 500 PLN (approximately $140 USD) "cleaning fee" over two weeks after returning the vehicle. The so-called "dirt" they cited? A single parking ticket left on the driver’s mat. That’s it. No stains, no mud, no actual mess—just a piece of paper that could have been tossed in the trash in seconds. This wasn’t a cleaning fee; it was a blatant money grab.What’s even more infuriating is Panek’s complete lack of accountability. They don’t provide a direct phone number for complaints, leaving customers to deal with rental agents who have no authority to resolve issues. When I finally reached out to their customer service via email, I was ignored for three weeks. After finally receiving a response, they sent "proof" of the car’s "dirtiness"—photos that only highlighted how absurd their claim was. It’s clear that Panek’s strategy is to delay, frustrate, and ultimately wear down customers until they give up fighting these fraudulent charges. Panek’s business model seems to rely on two things: exploiting customers with made-up fees and making it nearly impossible to hold them accountable. They operate with a shocking level of impunity, knowing that most people won’t have the time or resources to challenge them. This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s a deliberate, systemic approach to ripping people off.In short, Panek Car Rental is a company that cannot be trusted. Their practices are unethical, their customer service is nonexistent, and their fees are often outright fraudulent. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from Panek to think twice—unless you enjoy being nickel-and-dimed with bogus charges and treated with complete disregard. If you read this, go somewhere else with your rental needs.

The worst company to rent a car from. They will take your deposit then return it back and after few months they will charge you for some random reason. This company has been fined by the by State Consumer Rights Authority in Lithuania recently for 10 000 euros, but it looks like they keep scamming people. Avoid, avoid, avoid !
