Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst. They are thieves, they supposedly rent you a car very cheap and then try and charge you for everything. In my instance they charged me for "dirty carpet on driver's side" 5 times more than the whole rental cost me. The car looked like it went through some monster truck madness. Bumps everywhere. It stunk like cigarettes. I should add I landed at the airport late in the evening and Panek was supposed to be in the terminal. After asking around I found out they've been gone for months. I had no contact to them whatsoever. I googled their customer service and spend about an hour with them (mostly waiting for anyone to pick up with sudden drop of a call in the meantime). They gave me a number to call for a pickup. The number was wrong. I called them again. Gave me another number. This time the number was a personal phone of a person that works at the same parking lot as Panek! He was quite angry because apparently people keep calling him about Panek. Anyway, Panek guy told me he would be there in 5 min, I should wait outside (it's a cold November, remember). I waited an hour. Then, they couldn't accept any of my credit cards (never happened to me before). They kept saying some weird stuff - this bank has "bad" cards or this card is not embossed. Never again with those scammers. Funny enough, since I posted this review they first tried to convince Trustpilot it is not for their business but some other company. And now they want my details. I suggest you look closely at their 5 star reviews - they all look very similar, one sentence reviews, as opposed to 1 star reviews that are quite detailed. I'm not suggesting anything but I think people are not stupid.
